1 General Provisions and Applicability

xabaji ("we", "our", "Company") operates an online gaming and betting platform that provides entertainment services for users in Bangladesh. These Terms apply to all individuals who access our services through the xabaji website, mobile app, or any other channel.

These Terms are available in both English and Bengali. In the event of any dispute, the Bengali version will be considered authoritative. By accessing our platform or creating an account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all of these Terms.

These Terms may be updated from time to time. We will provide you with appropriate notice of any significant changes. Continued use of our platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

To open an account with xabaji, the following eligibility requirements must be met:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You are not located in any country or region where online gaming is legally prohibited.
• You may hold only one account in your name.
• You are registering on your own behalf, not on behalf of any third party.

2.1 Registration Process

You must provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration. Providing false or misleading information may result in your account being immediately closed and any balance in that account being forfeited. If any details provided at registration change at a later date, you must notify our support team.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

xabaji follows a proper identity verification (Know Your Customer or KYC) process. At the time of withdrawal or for other security purposes, we may request your national ID card, passport, or other government-approved documents to confirm your identity. Failure to complete the verification process may result in restrictions on certain services.

2.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. If someone else has learned your password or you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately. You will be held responsible for any activity carried out on your account by a third party.

3 Age Restrictions and Minor Protection

We are firmly committed to preventing minors from gambling. If any person under the age of 21 registers or plays on our platform, their account will be immediately closed and all deposited funds will be returned.

If any member of your household is a minor, ensure your device and account are properly secured. Avoid storing your login details where underage family members can access them.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount at xabaji is ৳300. We accept the following payment methods:

• Bank Transfer (major banks including Dutch-Bangla, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank)

When making a deposit, you must use a payment account registered in your own name. Using a third party's payment method is strictly prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawals will be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

Withdrawals may be placed on hold if the verification process has not been completed. xabaji may request additional proof of identity if needed. xabaji reserves the right to hold withdrawals while an account is under investigation if money laundering or fraud is suspected.

4.3 Transaction Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in any other currency are not applicable.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000
• Deposit ৳22,000 or more → ৳10,000 bonus → total balance ৳32,000

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The bonus amount must be wagered 20 times (20x) before it can be withdrawn. Example: if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳20,000 in bets. The bonus portion cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own expiry date — bonuses that have expired will be cancelled.
• Bonus cash cannot be transferred to another account.
• Attempting to claim bonuses by opening multiple accounts from the same IP address or device will result in all accounts being closed.
• xabaji reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer.
• Eligibility to receive a bonus is determined entirely at our discretion.

5.4 VIP Program

xabaji's VIP program has three tiers:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback of up to 0.4%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback of up to 0.8%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback of up to 1.2%.

Based on your gaming activity, you can advance to a higher tier. Special benefits and rewards are provided at each tier.

6 Gaming Rules and Fair Play

All games on xabaji are conducted fairly and transparently. We use RNG (Random Number Generator) technology to ensure that the outcome of every game is completely random and unbiased.

6.1 Game Providers

Our platform offers games from the world's leading game providers, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, Ezugi, NetEnt, and Microgaming. Each game provider's own terms and conditions apply.

6.2 Technical Issues

If a game is disrupted due to a technical error, xabaji reserves the right to cancel that round and return the bet. If a game is left incomplete due to an internet disconnection, it will be settled according to server data.

6.3 Maximum Bet Limits

A maximum bet limit is set for each game and is displayed in the game interface. Specific bet limits apply when playing with bonus money. Bets placed above these limits may have the excess portion rejected, or the associated winnings may be forfeited.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on xabaji:

• Participating in fraud, deception, or any other illegal activity.
• Money laundering or depositing funds from illegal sources.
• Attempting to claim bonus benefits by creating multiple accounts.
• Using software, bots, or automated systems to play games.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to the game code or servers.
• Making deposits or withdrawals using a third party's account.
• Disturbing, harassing, or displaying misconduct toward other users.
• Behaving disrespectfully toward xabaji staff.
• Attempting to gain unfair advantages by exploiting errors present on the platform.

If evidence is found of involvement in any of the above activities, xabaji reserves the right to immediately close the account and notify the relevant authorities.

8 Account Closure and Termination

8.1 Termination by the User

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting our support team. You have the right to withdraw your balance before the account is closed, subject to applicable wagering conditions.

8.2 Termination by xabaji

xabaji may temporarily suspend or permanently close your account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspicion of fraud or deception.
• Bonus abuse or operating multiple accounts.
• Due to any legal or regulatory requirement.
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).

9 Privacy and Data Protection

• Incomplete conclusion of a game due to internet disconnection.

If funds are incorrectly credited or paid out due to a technical error, xabaji reserves the right to correct that transaction. In such cases, excess funds may be deducted from or credited to your account.

12 Changes and Updates to Terms

xabaji reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms at any time. For significant changes, we will notify you via email or through a notice on the platform.

Continuing to use the platform after changes have been made will be considered your acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree with the new terms, you have the right to close your account.
